Residential Institutes: Social Work 101

Camp Description

Learn about leadership, the social work profession, and making a difference in the community in this course. You will spend the mornings learning about a social work topic, and then spend the afternoon engaged in the community. Visit a community kitchen, an agency serving the homeless, a local nursing home, as well as visiting multiple social service agencies. You will receive 10-15 hours of community service as a part of this course, and be awarded a certificate of completion.
