OCC Lacrosse Camp is back. This is an instructional camp teaching the fundamentals of the game. The camp will cover fundamentals such as passing, catching, cradling, shooting, and basic gameplay. Full equipment is required for the camp, meaning a helmet, mouth guard, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves
