Get ready for a well-deserved week of self-care as we build friendships, self-confidence, and self-love through team-building, scientific and sensory exploration, and creative expression! We will learn about the history and science behind beauty and cosmetics, make our very own sugar scrubs and all-natural face masks, and embrace our “girl power” as we practice positive affirmations and appreciate all the wonderful things that make us each beautiful, special, and unique! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and this week is all about building your spa girl up to feel her very best - inside and out!
