Millstone 4-H Camp is located in the Sandhills Game Lands in Ellerbe in Richmond County and opened in 1939. It includes 320 acres and is the hub for 4-H Shooting Sports in North Carolina. Facilities include the privately funded SECU 4-H Learning Center and Cole Foundation Auditorium.
