Students will gain hands-on experience creating a mobile app from ideas and while learning the steps required to have a successful deployment.

ABOUT THE COURSE:
- Creating a mobile app involves the process of thinking about solving a problem through the use of technology.
- Many people may not be aware that many of the mobile apps that we use today solve mini inconveniences that we did not know existed in our lives until those apps were created and made things easier for us.
- Students will think about how the mobile app that they plan to develop will improve society and develop a design that is user-friendly and keeps the user engaged and pleased with the apps user experience

The course agenda at a high level involves the following:
- Brainstorming your idea and thinking about your future users
- Why do you believe your app is needed and who are your Direct and indirect competitors?
- Creating the apps look and feel
- Developing the apps user interface flow
- Using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe XD to create the look and feel and user experience simulation.
- Creating a high-level pitch deck that explains your mobile application idea
