About Us

On our “things we will do with the farm” bingo card, we did not expect to find flower farming and floristry…but, boy are we glad we did! Our 10 acre farm houses several growing beds where you will find Dahlias, Zinnias, Snapdragons, Lisianthus, and so much more. When we are not within the Ohio grow season, we source flowers from other farms in order to have flowers available year round. Whether you’re a CSA subscriber, receiving a flower delivery as a gift, or visiting our onsite flower shop, we look forward to sharing our creations with you!

Catalyst Farm is owned and operated by Jillian Pelland. In addition to her love of farming, Jillian is an Occupational Therapist who has a passion for helping children reach their highest potential. With this goal in mind, she developed the Wildflower Nature Play program, which is designed to provide children with the opportunity to play freely in nature in a developmentally beneficial way. Our goal is to cultivate children who, like wildflowers, can grow anywhere!

Through our flowers, our animals, and our nature play camps, we hope to be the CATALYST for some great days for all of you!
